  • If at any point during this time you need to seek guidance regarding mental health, please don't hesitate to contact Mind, the UK charity which supports all mental health needs. 
  • DSAuk have written some information about maintaining good mental health during this pandemic, all of this information can be found on the DSAuk website. They will be releasing some more information throughout the coming months, focussed on different areas of maintaining good mental health.
