We are delighted to have connected with Changing Faces to offer support to our members!
Changing Faces is a charity which supports people with visible differences from a mark, scar or condition anywhere on their face or body. They are holding a workshop called ‘Boost Up Your confidence’ which is for 11-16 year olds on Tuesday 3rd May at 7pm.
Part of the workshop, will be looking at how to handle staring, teasing and bullying and ways to get the most out of school life.
Also be exploring tips and techniques on increasing self-esteem and the importance of self-care and there will also be two Changing Faces’ young champions at the workshop who will be sharing their lived experiences of looking different.
