Over the years we have celebrated Dwarfism Awareness Day in a number of different ways including seminars at the Senedd and University of South Wales, along with our campaign to light landmarks green.

In February 2025, we celebrated 13 years of LPUK with our Celebration Event in Milton Keynes, featuring Boccia, Quizingo, a disco, and fun-filled activities, creating a fun day and evening for all participants.

LPUK’s 2025 Annual Convention in Nottingham saw over 200 members join us for a weekend of workshops, entertainment, awards, and community, promoting fun, learning and friendship for all attendees.

We are honoured to be chosen as one of the charities by Newport Mayor Kate Thomas for her term in office. Exciting fundraising events, including a duck race, quiz night, and gala dinner, are planned.

We have received a three-year Core Fund grant from BBC Children in Need to support our Charity Administrator role, strengthening services, events, and community support for people with dwarfism across the UK.
